| Hunting is one of the most popular activities at Grand Slam Campground. We offer group dicounts when booking 4 or more sites, scheduled for the same arrival date. Our park is open during all hunting seasons for deer camps, with electric-only service. |
| Our area is also a hot-spot for fishing and boating. Head to nearby Hunts Pond State Park or Gilbert Lake State Park to fish for Northern Pike, Bass, Trout, and Wall-eye. Do some canoeing, rowboating, or kayaking on the glassy waters of Lake Otsego near Cooperstown or stunning Canadarago Lake near Exeter. Muskrat Pond and Glimmerglass State Park are also terrific places to go for hiking, bird watching, or enjoying a picnic lunch. |

| With all the superb attractions in our area, you'll want to spend some time making day trips around our area's hot-spots. Baseball fans won't want to miss a visit to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in Cooperstown, a place that's filled with the history of America's favorite pastime. Learn about the greats of the game, see old jerseys and ball park displays, and pick up a souvenir of your visit. Then return to Grand Slam Campground for a night of songs and stories around the campfire, under the twinkling stars. |
